Partner and Shareholder Disputes
N. Ben Haim Law Office represents shareholders, partners and companies, as plaintiffs and as defendants, in disputes over how the company is run, over money, and over how to part ways.
What we handle
- Minority oppression claims and derivative actions
- Breach of fiduciary duties by directors and officers
- Separation between partners: shotgun (BMBY) clauses, forced buy-outs and auctions
- Personal liability of shareholders and directors for company debts
- Founders' and shareholders' agreements, to prevent the next dispute
A judgment is not always needed
Some of these disputes end in a separation agreement or in arbitration. We consider that option from the start, alongside the legal proceedings, so the client can choose between them with all the costs and risks in view.
