Founder and Managing Partner
Adv. Nissim Ben Haim founded the firm in Jerusalem in 2018 and heads it. Alongside his legal experience he brings extensive management and business experience, as a manager and a director of leading companies, so he looks at every case through the eyes of someone who runs a business.
His practice focuses on litigation: he represents developers, contractors, companies and business owners in commercial disputes, construction and real estate disputes, arbitration, and appeals and petitions against planning bodies and public authorities.
Over the years he has represented leading commercial companies, construction companies and developers, technology and media companies, and media outlets in prominent cases.

Adv. Neria Bar-On
Partner
Adv. Neria Bar-On specializes in litigation. He represents clients in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate disputes, and also in white-collar offenses. He is also a certified real estate appraiser and advises clients on real estate transactions.
Before joining the firm, he served as a prosecutor in the Economic Department of the State Attorney's Office, handling complex economic cases, and later worked in the litigation department of Hadad Roth Shenhar & Co.
